Nurses and other health professionals are now not only dealing with overcrowded conditions but dealing with open drug use and drug dealing in our HOSPITALS. This is so wrong on so many levels. Wanna solve the problem. Automatic jail sentences for dealing drugs. Start with 3 years and go from there. 3 strikes your out. Asia has it right and you dont see any of this. Safe drug supply is s joke.

The Philippines had a huge problem until they dealt with the dealers. Only way this is getting fixed
