What a game! Cranbrook Bucks comeback in game 6 in OT to tie the best of 7 at 3! Being down 3 games to 0 we are going to game 7! Fodchuk with the OT winner picking up the puck as he escaped out of the penalty box. This game had it all with 2 disallowed goals and one goal that still is hard to explain. Game 7 in West Kelowna on Tuesday!

A first class event this weekend at the 2024 BC Wildlife Federation AGM and Convention.
Thanks Jesse, David and the rest of the federation looking after our wildlife populations the best you can. More funding is desperately needed as the budget has crashed to its lowest levels ever! Threats like CWD and invasive species has the potential to completely decimate our deer, moose and elk. My private members bill to bring an independent funding model would take the burden OFF the taxpayer - it’s a win/win. Big thanks to my colleague Renee Merrifield for welcoming and making excellent points to the attendees at this years events.

This weekend I am at the 2024 BC Wildlife Federation AGM & Convention. I spoke to David Lewis - President of the BCWF on the focus of the BCWF and the threats. The BCWF represents 40,000 conservationists across the province and has done some incredible work supporting Wildlife populations.
Correction: In the video I mention$400,000 a year for CWD budget. It is about $400k for startup.
